Fulton Grace Realty has opened a new office in Gurnee, located at 5101 Washington Street, Suite 24. It opened to the public on April 3 — and on April 27, there is a grand opening celebration.

The recent Gurnee addition is Fulton Grace’s sixth office in Illinois. It is led by Managing Broker Alex Attiah who joined the company last year. “I could not be more excited to join Fulton Grace and help spearhead their expansion to northern Illinois and Wisconsin,” Attiah said in a press release.

Fulton Grace Founder T.J. Rubin also expressed his excitement, saying, “We are absolutely thrilled to expand into northern Illinois and Wisconsin with industry veteran Alex Attiah leading the charge!”

The event on April 27 will include food, drinks and tours of the new space. It takes place from 4 pm to 7 pm.
