Michelle Shang is the vice president of strategic growth for Coldwell Banker Realty, covering the Hinsdale, La Grange and Downers Grove offices. She is passionate about agent growth, always looking to attract and inspire associates who are eager to grow their business.

Now a managing broker, Shang has been a Realtor for 23 years. She is also a CPA, having graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and completed her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She earned her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation as part of the NAR CIPS Invitational Program.

Shang is also a member of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® board of directors, a vice chair for Mainstreet’s DEI committee and a board member of AREAA Greater Chicago. More recently, she was appointed to the Illinois REALTORS® nominating committee by President Michael Gobber.
