The Cheshire, located at 1024 Washington Blvd. in Oak Park, is 66% sold: just three units remain. The building is exclusively represented by brokers Zak Knebel and Camille Hoover of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s Oak Park and River Forest offices.

The Cheshire is made up of nine units total, the first of which closed in October. Each unit includes a parking space, a fireplace, in-unit laundry, tilt-and-turn windows, tall ceilings, custom cabinets and Calcutta White Quartz countertops as well as a high-end appliance package. The remaining available units, 2S, 3S and 2N, are all three-bedrooms priced at $645,000, $655,000 and $670,000, respectively.

“These units speak to buyers that appreciate an intimate, boutique building with luxurious high-end finishes, lots of light and tree-top views,” Knebel said in a press release. Reflecting on the progress of selling units in The Cheshire, he added, “I also think a key draw has been the proximity to downtown Oak Park with its shops and restaurants.”
