Baird & Warner has won the Most Innovative Brokerage Award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a global network of 550 independent real estate firms. The local brokerage was bestowed the honor at the LeadingRE’s annual conference, held in Las Vegas last month.

The Most Innovative Brokerage Award recognizes, specifically, the Baird & Warner balance™ app which connects agents to five on-demand services: Broker Support Team, Contract Care, Get Social, Listing Launch and Luxury Listing Launch. Introduced last year, the system is designed to support agents day-to-day by allowing them to delegate certain tasks to Baird & Warner specialists.
