Ashley Donat has been named the new northwest region sales manager for Compass Chicagoland. In this leadership role, Donat will support agent development and strategize local growth.

Prior to this promotion, Donat spent three years co-leading the top-producing Bridge Team at Compass River North. Before that, she worked at smaller boutique firms and has, in all, nearly 10 years of real estate experience. Plus, having grown up in Crystal Lake, Donat has a special connection to the northwestern suburbs.

“I am incredibly excited to return to my roots in the Northwest suburbs, near my hometown of Crystal Lake,” Donat said in a press release. “I’m looking forward to continuing my career with Compass and supporting agents that work in the communities that shaped me into the leader I am today. After years of co-leading a team, I have a deep understanding of the support that agents need, and I plan to assist them in every way possible.”
