My Christian Dior trench. Seriously, I get stopped on the street by men, women, younger (teenagers), older and everyone in between. That trench coat perks me up every time I wear it. Thank you, vintage Christian Dior. It’s the most fabulous piece in my wardrobe next to my leather mules and Hermes ties.

What is a fashion crime you have committed?
LOL — a lace-up pirate shirt from Express in 2001.

Where are your favorite clothing stores or brands?
Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nordstrom Rack, Saks OFF 5TH and the Macy’s suit department.

What fashion accessory do you feel naked without?
Often, a vest to wrap the look up.

Who is your style icon?
I don’t have one. It’s the well-dressed men on the street that I see.

What decade or time period had the best fashion?
1920s: Gatsby, luxury.

What’s the most meaningful accessory you own?
A toss-up: my grandfather’s ties or a set of vintage Hermes ties from a friend.
