Michelle Mills Clement is the CEO of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Last year, she was named one of Crain’s 40 Under 40. She serves on the board of trustees at Bradley University, and is a director at Association Forum of Chicagoland. Mills Clement recently achieved the RCE accreditation, the only designation specified exclusively for REALTOR® association executives. She has been a vocal advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and has spoken out on these topics at the national level, including on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS®.
