Tour24 app streamlines virtual leasing while Guaranteed Rate, Keller Offers and MoxiWorks enhance platforms

Tour24 platform provides virtual leasing

As agents adapt to ‘the new normal,’ a new on-demand platform is helping property managers and clients streamline the leasing process.

The Tour24 app allows consumers to view properties, schedule tours, visit apartments and start the leasing process. Prospective renters can also take curated tours with geolocation beacons that provide detailed information on the amenities, the model and the community. Administrators using Tour24 can track the prospect’s path through the community.

The pandemic has driven usage of the app, according to a Tour24 press release. At the start of the pandemic, Tour24 saw a 21% increase in tours conducted in March as compared to February.

Currently working with over 100 properties, the platform says it has a 33% lease-to-close ratio as a result of the increase in virtual usage from the pandemic, compared to the 25% industry average close ratio rate for leasing agents. Some properties have also reported a 60% close rate during pandemic, the company said.

“The COVID-19 pandemic is acting as a catalyst to propel self-serve solutions from more than just a generational request to a broader safety issue for everyone,” John Doyle, co-founder of Tour24, said in a press release. “Smart tech provides a contactless experience which assists properties in adhering to state and local health guidelines. When the burden of when and how to see an apartment is lifted, residents and property managers can have a more seamless experience that focuses on getting units rented and making the entire process more convenient and safe.”

Guaranteed Rate launches consumer-friendly mortgage tech tool

Guaranteed Rate recently announced the launch of GRaffordable, a new mortgage stimulator tech tool.

The new digital tool allows borrowers to search loans from the convenience and safety of their homes. Borrowers can also use the mortgage estimator to see specific loan options in as little as 90 seconds by answering questions about their upcoming home purchase or refinance. 

“The GRaffordable loan finder tool is the best mortgage calculator in the industry,” said Guaranteed Rate Founder and CEO Victor Ciardelli in a press release. “It allows borrowers to access real-time rate and payment information and select the loan product that best suits their needs, all in just seconds. With the GRaffordable platform, we continue to offer transparency to our customers and agent partners so that they get a clear picture of what they can afford.”

GRaffordable offers 24/7 online accessibility without requiring personal contact information or logins and provides flexible options for conventional, jumbo, FHA and VA types of loans. 

Keller Offers expands, limits partnership with OfferPad

Keller Offers, the iBuying division of Keller Williams, has announced it is no longer in an exclusive agreement with OfferPad. The move will allow Keller Offers to expand its footprint at a time when iBuyers across the country have ceased operations, at least for the time being.

“When the major iBuyers shut down operations earlier this year due to COVID, Keller Offers pivoted quickly, via multiple funding partnerships and continued operating in the best interests of our agents and consumers,” Keller Offers COO Gayln Ziegler said in a press release. “We did not want our consumers to experience what many did when the big players in our competitive set exited the market so quickly due to COVID.”

Keller Offers provides consumers with a Keller Williams agent to assist them in selling their homes. It is currently operational in 21 cities across the South.

MoxiWorks adds productivity dashboard for team leaders

Real estate technology platform MoxiWorks recently announced the launch of a new productivity dashboard for real estate team leaders to gain better insights into their team’s productivity and sales performance.

The platform allows brokers to measure team productivity and sales performance by viewing the number of transactions in flow, sales goals and touchpoints. 

“We’ve always been focused on helping make agents great with the people who know, like and trust them, which is why expanding our solution to offer a team dashboard was a crucial step in continuing to help agents thoughtfully maintain their relationships with their sphere of influence,” Jillian Igarashi, MoxiWorks’ director of product management, said in a press release. “Teams are highly productive and highly vocal and therefore a high priority for our brokerage clients.”

In addition to giving agents insights into their teams’ productivity, the new dashboard helps them create high-level business plans and financial accountability.

“NAR has reported that more than a quarter of agents are members of a team and 49% of brokerages have between one and three teams,” Igarashi added. “Brokers need to invest in technology that supports teams to help recruit and retain those teams and we are thrilled to add this new functionality that gives them the chance to do just that.”
