Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Russia and came to U.S. when I was 21, speaking no English.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
I didn’t think of any particular profession, but I wanted to be a people person. Now here I am: speaking four different languages while learning my fifth.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I like to go riding on my sport motorcycle with my husband and my friends from Chicago Riders. Some people do yoga; riding motorcycles is like yoga to me.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Oprah — she’s heard it all! She’s a people person, like me.

Where is your favorite place to hang out?
My favorite spot is at home on the couch with my kids.

What do you love most about the industry?
I love the opportunity to serve people and help them solve their real estate puzzles. I share my knowledge and wisdom to help them make the right choices for their families.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I’m not here to sell, but rather to educate my clients in making the right decisions. If I know I can get a better deal for my clients, I will never settle.
