Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that real estate veteran Bob Kohler will lead the company’s leasing division. Kohler, a 15-year veteran of the industry, will oversee the day-to-day operations and will drive the division’s overall business strategy, Coldwell Banker announced Tuesday.

“Bob commands the operational know-how and proven sales experience to take our leasing division to the next level,” Fran Broude, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, said in a statement. “We couldn’t be more pleased to have him fulfill this role, as we look to further expand our presence in Chicagoland’s lucrative rental arena.”

Kohler has been in leadership roles at Coldwell Banker for some time, including with KH Residential team and the Matt Garrison Group. A resident of Roscoe Village, Kohler said he looks forward to leading Coldwell Banker’s residential division.
