What was your first job in the realty industry? I helped rehab and restore an old house.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? In order for me to relax, I need to make sure that I’ve addressed every email in my inbox.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? John Lennon. He was a musical genius and seemed to have found his zen.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Sitting in my backyard with my family
What do you love most about the industry? Being self employed with no ceiling and no limits on what I can accomplish
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd
of agents? My theory is that we’re all in this together, and there is enough business for everyone. So I treat every agent with the utmost respect and seem to have great relationships with everyone I encounter.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Never being able to take a break. If you’re not working, you’re not growing.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I typically meet new clients for an adult beverage or a coffee drink – their choice of course. A lot of new clients come from past referrals or from my online resume.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? I’ve taught and trained my assistant to become a top-producing agent. He started with very few resources and knowledge, and now he’s a force to be reckoned with.
