Coldwell Banker recently announced the addition of Nick Farnsworth, a new independent sales associate, to its Lincoln Park Plaza office.

“I couldn’t be more pleased to associate with Coldwell Banker, which is known universally as a real estate leader that provides unmatched marketing tools and innovative technologies,” Farnsworth said in a written statement. “I am also eager to leverage my new construction experience for the company’s promising development division.”

Prior to becoming affiliated with Coldwell Banker, Farnsworth worked at Related Realty, where he accumulated more than $30 million in sales volume in 2015. Farnsworth has more than eight years of industry experience, including knowledge of local markets and client service.
