John Goldsworthy

Redfin has announced that John Goldsworthy has joined its team as leader of the Builder Services division in Chicago.

Goldsworthy comes to Redfin from @properties, where he served as vice president of development, marketing and sales.

Goldsworthy is tasked with expanding the company’s presence in the Chicago area. Goldsworthy said that Redfin is off to a head start.

“Serious homebuyers are already using Redfin; that’s a huge advantage,” he said.

Goldsworthy has more than 18 years of experience in the sales and marketing of residential and resort properties, both in the U.S. and abroad. He has managed the launch of more than $3 billion in new developments.
