Nadiya Kramar

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced that Realtor Nadiya Kramar will be joining the firm as an affiliate.  She will be based out of its Oak Brook office.

Kramar has more than one year of experience in the industry. She stated that the decision to team-up with Coldwell Banker was a no-brainer.

“I chose Coldwell Banker because of the great, friendly atmosphere and all the resources and tools that are made readily available from day one,” said Kramar.

Yvonne Mortimer, the managing broker of the Oak Brook office, spoke to Kramar’s qualities.

“We are very excited to welcome Nadiya to the office,” Mortimer said. “She is responsible and dedicated to her career and the areas she serves.” Kramar primarily serves the Schaumburg, Glen Ellyn and Lombard communities.

Peggy Sayre

Coldwell Banker also announced that Realtor Peggy Sayre will be joining the firm’s Clarendon Hills Office. Sayre is a 12-year veteran of the industry, and has represented both the sellers and buyers on a wide variety of property types, including condos, commercial leasing, multi-unit, mixed-use buildings and luxury homes.
