Coldwell Bankers Residential Brokerage had announced that it has obtained the assets of Chicago Apartment Finders, a rental search site with five locations: Lakeview, Edgewater, Bucktown/Wicker Park, Downtown and Hyde Park.

Fran Broude, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago, said the brokerage’s acquisition is part of its broader strategy.

“This acquisition furthers our strategy to create opportunities that expand our market presence into the leasing arena and to better serve our clients in Chicagoland,” Broude said. “Chicago Apartment Finders has a rich company history and highly successful real estate professionals who share our dedication to service excellence. The firm’s former owner, Andrew Ahitow, will assist with the company’s transition.
