Top Hispanic Agents Sell $3.9 Billion
The 250 agents NAHREP featured accounted for 20,765 transactions and more than $3.9 billion in sales volume. They averaged 83 sales and more than $16 million in sales volume.
RE/MAX had 62 agents on the list, making them the top franchise, while ERA Mi Casa Real Estate, based out of Chicago, was the top office with 10 agents on the list.
The listing of Top 250 Hispanic agents in the U.S. is compiled through broker self-nomination. NAHREP reviews the nominations and checks them for accuracy against other available data, including MLS records. If there is a tie based on transactions, volume is used to determine who ranked higher.
And Luis Ortiz also from the Chicagoland Area who made the list at #45!
Thanks for pointing that out, Melissa! We just added Luis :).
