According to the newly released REALTrends 500 report, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage ranked as the top company in sales volume and transaction sides among Chicagoland’s residential real estate companies in 2014.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage closed $8,781,296,000 in sales volume and 26,591 transaction sides in 2014, placing them No. 1 in Chicagoland. The REALTrends 500 is an annual research report that identifies the country’s leading residential firms as ranked by closed transaction sides and separately by closed sales volume.
