Deborah Benavides

Coldwell Banker recently named Deborah Benavides the Relocation Operations Manager for its Central U.S. region. In this position, Benavides will manage the operations of the Coldwell Banker Relocation Service Center in Deerfield, Ill. and support the relocation efforts in the Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Cincinnati and Columbus operating companies.

Benavides previously served as the relocation director for Shorewest, REALTORS for over 6 years. While there, she successfully spearheaded the brokerage’s relocation efforts within southeastern Wisconsin. Benavides was also manager of corporate services for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, doing business development in the Milwaukee and Chicago markets.

Benavides is an active member of the relocation community, as a board member of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council, as well as the Chicago and Midwest Corporate Relocation Councils, where she has served in a variety of roles. Additionally, she has become a permanent fixture on a wide spectrum of relocation panels, where she proudly shares her industry knowledge with the rest of the relocation community.
