Nina Fotopoulos

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage promoted Nina Fotopoulos to Regional Vice President of the brokerage’s DuPage corridor region. Currently the managing broker for the Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills offices, Fotopoulos will now oversee 4 more offices throughout DuPage County including Downers Grove, Elmhurst, La Grange, Lombard and Oak Brook.

Fotopoulos has been with Coldwell Banker for more than 25 years, donning various hats including being a manger since 2000, the branch manager of the award-winning Hinsdale office since 2006 and Vice President at Coldwell Banker in 2012. Fotopoulos’ background in technology makes her a key player in the company’s use of technology and social media for the independent agents and property marketing programs.

In addition to her commitment to Coldwell Banker, Fotopoulos has been extremely active in industry associations including a former director for Main Street Organization of Realtors, membership in the National Association of Realtors and Illinois Association of Realtors. She has also earned several awards including President’s Council Manager, top 20% of NRT offices nationally, and number one real estate office in DuPage County for volume.
