Akintonde started his real estate career in 2001 as a real estate investor. He has experience in all areas of the market—previously purchasing, rehabbing and selling homes, townhomes and condos. In 2003 Akintonde became a licensed real estate agent and within a couple of years, moved from residential to commercial investing. He later specialized in short sales with his team, selling homes on average, in about three months. Akintonde has touched in key areas of real estate that give him the experience that clients are looking for—he is a homeowner, investor and broker for both residential and commercial properties.
