The newly formed Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group office in Lincoln Park hosted a ceremonial ribbon cutting event on Wednesday, April 2 to commemorate the brokerage’s official start in Chicago.
Originally announced in November of last year, Prudential Rubloff and Koenig & Strey merged under the Berkshire brand, forming a new brokerage in Chicagoland.
