Appointed as the new sales support manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Lakeview office, Christopher Stephens will assist and mentor agents to help them build their businesses. He will also work one-on-one with agents to teach them about the Coldwell Banker technology, tools, and systems as well as how they can successfully implement them into their business.
“I am thrilled to have Chris on our team,” said Joe Siciliano, manager of the Coldwell Banker Lakeview office. “He is a successful agent, a leader in the industry and has always provided his clients truly remarkable service. Plus, his energy and creativity will be inspirational to our agents.”
Stephens brings over eight years of real estate experience to his new role and prior to the appointment, Stephens was an agent at the Glenview office.
“As someone who recently came from and still active in the sales side of the business, I can help guide agents with the appropriate approach for today’s market,” Stephens said.
In addition to Stephens appointment, Coldwell Banker has also announced that Realtor Mary Kay Brunner-Dasse will now be affiliated with their Lake Forest office.
Began her career in the industry 25 years ago, Brunner-Dasse is a recent recipient of the Five Star award from Chicago Magazine in 2013 and specializes working with investors, first-time buyers and clients that are downsizing.
“Whether it is negotiating a deal or searching through homes to find the right fit, Mary Kay’s clients benefit from her expert guidance,” said Ned Skae, branch manager of the Lake Forest office. “We are thrilled to have her associated with our office.”
I won’t tell you anything new, but this is the same in any other field.
You would think past teaches us at least anything, but that’s so rare.
Hate all you want but the world changes, and we have no control whatsoever over it.
E.g., imagine Barack had any balls to put Vladimir to his place, but it seems like it’s not happening, welcome WW3.
Awesome post, thanks!
