Coldwell Banker Real Estate has announced its 2013 year-end award recipients, with five local agents receiving awards. Mary Wallace, Frank DeNovi, Patricia Furman, Jennifer Ames and Dawn McKenna were all honored in the Top Ten Sales Associates in North America category.

Frank DeNovi
Mary Wallace, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Oak Lawn, received the Number One Agent in Closed Units Award, closing 347.3 units in 2013. Wallace has been the top agent in units and sales volume in Oak Lawn for the past six years and continuously ranks as a top agent in closed units within the national Coldwell Banker network.
Patti Furman
Sales associate Frank DeNovi of Coldwell Banker’s Northwest office was named the Number 2 Agent in Closed Units, with 286 units closed in 2013. DeNovi, who has been in the business for 26 years, specializes in short sales and the sale of REO properties throughout Chicagoland. He has been recognized as one of the top 400 agents in the nation for the past several years by The Wall Street Journal and Lore magazine.
Jenny Ames
With 271 units closed in 2013, Patti Furman was honored as the Number 4 Agent in Closed Units. Furman, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker’s Glenview office, has been exclusively selling REO properties since 1981, and has been named one of the top ten sales associates nationally for Coldwell Banker since 1997.
Dawn McKenna
Jennifer Ames of Coldwell Banker’s Lincoln Park Plaza office was recognized as the Number 4 Top Producing Agent, closing over $144 million in sales in 2013. With over 20 years of experience, Ames consistently ranks in the top 10 residential real estate agents in Chicago and was named one of the top 100 sales agents in the U.S. by The Wall Street Journal.
Sales associate Dawn McKenna of Coldwell Banker’s Hinsdale office was ranked the Number 10 Top Producing Agent, with over $133 million in closed sales in 2013. McKenna has been the top producer in her office since 2004 and was named the top realtor in Hinsdale, DuPage County and the Western suburbs this past year.
