Christine Lutz has been named director of residential brokerage at Kinzie Real Estate Group, announced Steven Maher, managing broker for Kinzie Group.
“Christine is a very well known and respected professional in the Chicago real estate market, and we’re extremely privileged to have her join Kinzie,” said Maher. “She brings a strong sales record and exceptional marketing expertise to our team, and we know she will be a real asset in growing our residential brokerage division in the city and suburbs.”
Lutz, a 20-year real estate veteran, was a broker with Coldwell Banker/Jennifer Ames Chicago, focusing on the higher-end downtown single family and condominium market. Before that, she served as senior vice president of Garrison Partners Consulting. During her time with Garrison, she oversaw $1 billion in new construction and the conversion of real estate projects in seven states.
In her new position at Kinzie, one of Lutz’s roles is to oversee the sales and marketing of Enclave of Heritage Estates, a gated community of 32 semi-custom single-family homes built by Kinzie in Lake Barrington. She will also focus on increasing the company’s brokerage presence in Chicago’s city neighborhoods.
“The Chicago-area luxury market is something Christine knows well, so this will be a seamless transition for her,” noted Maher.
