Coldwell Banker held a special preview event for Oil Nut Bay at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago on Thursday, Jan. 16. Guests enjoyed food prepared by Chef Remi DuBois of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago and got a glimpse of La Perla’s 2014 swimwear collection while previewing the Oil Nut Bay villas and estates located in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.
