Fran Broude

Fran Broude, Coldwell Banker’s President and COO for Chicagoland and Milwaukee, has recently been named to Swanepoel’s list of “Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate” in 2013. Broude ranked #82 out of 200 executives, and was also included on the list of 20 women leaders in residential real estate.

Swanepoel’s inaugural list is the most comprehensive analysis of its kind, ranking 200 of the most powerful key decision makers, influencers, company chieftains, and innovators of the residential real estate industry. The publication created benchmarks and algorithms to compile the list, taking into account several factors, including an individual’s personal influence, the office and decision-making power he or she holds, his or her recent activities, growth and potential and his or her company’s financial resources, contribution to the industry, and geographic reach.
