Coldwell Banker’s Ballis Group hosted a broker’s open house on December 11, 2013 for a new luxury property, 2053 N. Fremont, that hit the market on January 6, 2014 for $3.45 million. The event attracted more than 75 guests including several of Coldwell Banker’s top selling brokers, Middlefork Development President Andrew Bowyer and Ronald McDonald House Charities CEO Doug Porter. The event raised $5,000 for the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation for Ronald McDonald House.
