Broker Sandra Szulkowski recently joined Coldwell Banker’s Naperville office.

Broker Sandra Szulkowski spends some of her free time on the board of Naperville Newcomers and Neighbors, an organization with a mission to welcome new residents to Naperville and introduce them to their new neighbors. Now, after switching to a new brokerage, Szulkowski will be helping those very newcomers find a place to live in her hometown.

Szulkowski recently joined Coldwell Banker’s Naperville office, according to a press release. Her real estate expertise, strong work ethic and dedication to clients make her an ideal professional, and Linda Fogarty, manager of the Naperville office, said she is happy Szulkowski joined the team.

“Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge to our office and I am proud to have her on board,” she said.

Szulkowski also serves on the board of the American Cancer Society and the Phoenix Symphony.
