Prior to hitting the market, the home at 1457 W. Addison St. opened its doors for a day, allowing guests to get a first-hand look at the property.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and The Lincoln Motor Company teamed up to present the open house, which featured homemade hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and music by guitarist Barney Ung. Guests also had the chance to test drive the new Lincoln MKZ. For each test drive taken, Lincoln donated money to the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation with hopes of raising $5,000.
