Carpenter, the director of training and education of Ohio NRT companies for Coldwell Banker, gave a presentation to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents at the Ronald McDonald House on May 15. Titled “The Realtor’s Toolbox,” the presentation included more than 22 tools, tips and techniques for real estate agents on how they can build their real estate business.
