Megan Cassidy Named New Manager of Coldwell Banker Barrington Office

Megan Cassidy is bringing 12 years of real estate experience to her new position as the manager of Coldwell Banker’s Barrington office.

Megan Cassidy, the new managing broker for Coldwell Banker in Barrington.

Megan Cassidy has been named the manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Barrington office. In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing more than 59 real estate agents and managing the daily activities of the offices.

“We are excited to welcome Megan to our Barrington office,” Jeff Polanzi, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, said. “She possesses strong leadership, marketing and recruiting skills which make her a tremendous asset to the team and to the continued growth of our company.”

Cassidy brings over 12 years of experience in sales, management and business development to her new position. Prior to this position, she held managing positions at Koenig & Strey Real Living, Koenig & Strey GMAC and RE/MAX. Throughout her career in residential real estate, she has successfully led teams to improve agent productivity, increased customer service satisfaction ratings and implemented systematic recruiting procedures. She is very excited to bring her years of experience and enthusiasm to Coldwell Banker’s Barrington office.

“I really love this group, and am really looking forward to taking a great office to new heights,” she said. “It’s an excellent office, but the world is our oyster and we have a lot we can do, such as recruiting more agents, expanding our presence and touching other markets.”

Cassidy is fully engaged in Coldwell Banker’s philosophy of providing services to agents in order to help enhance their business and customer service, always making sure that agents have the support and development they need for their clients and their business.
