Coldwell Banker is also adding Judy Berkeley as a broker to their Glencoe office, expanding the sales team to over 45 professionals.
Loraine Jennings Consistently Earns Top 10 Producer Status
This is the second year in a row that Jennings has earned the top sales producer distinction.Throughout her 12-year career, Jennings has remained a consistent Top 10 percent producer, despite changing market conditions. She attributes her success to her creative thinking, exceptional personal service and well-honed sales skills.

Jennings has managed and coordinated all phases of the real estate construction process while working hand-in-hand with project engineers and architects. She is well-versed in various construction methodologies and is often called upon to serve as lead agent for new construction developments and condominium conversions.
Judy Berkeley Brings North Shore Background and Knowledge to Coldwell Banker
Berkeley is a lifelong Glencoe resident and New Trier graduate. She has teamed up with Linda Rosenbloom and Kristy Blonsky to help clients find the right home on the North Shore area.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Berkeley spent nearly 20 years in the non-for-profit philanthropic world. She began her career with the National United Jewish Appeal and the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago before working at local organizations right in Glencoe such as Temple Am Shalom and the Chicago BotanicGarden.
Berkeley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and attended graduate school at the University of South California. She is thrilled to bring her knowledge to Coldwell Banker.
