The Coldwell Banker Real Estate 2012 year-end award recipients have been announced on the brand’s Facebook page. Local agents Jennifer Ames, Patricia Furman, Frank DeNovi, and Mary Wallace were among the elite group honored in the Top Ten Sales Associates in North America category.
“We are thrilled with our agents’ achievements this past year,” Fran Broude, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, said. “Their knowledge of the marketplace and dedication to exceptional customer service remains unmatched. To be ranked in the top ten in North America out of 83,000 Realtors is a very high honor.”
President and C.E.O. of Coldwell Banker, Budge Huskey, announced the award winners in a video made at the famed Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The video commemorates the brand’s “Blue Carpet” advertising strategy, which features the new Coldwell Banker “We Believe” commercial that ran during this year’s Super Bowl, Golden Globes, Grammy and Academy Awards, and will run during the Emmys on September 22.
