The February SouthSide Builders meeting was held Feb. 6 at The Parthenon in Greektown. Members met for an informal lunch, where they discussed lending in the city’s South Side markets and some of the more pressing issues facing multifamily housing, including the city of Chicago’s pending legislation on bed-bug maintenance.
