Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce two additions to their team: Gracik Makinney Real Estate Group, consisting of partners Maria Gracik and Tom Makinney, Gina Brigham and Mary Riva, will be joining their Elmhurst office; and Katia Craig has joined their Edgebrook office.
Gracik Makinney Group (Mary Riva, Gina Brigham, Maria Gracik and Tom Makinney) will be joining the Coldwell Banker Elmhurst office.
Gracik Makinney Group sold over 370 homes and totaled over $190 million in sales since 2006. They recently placed in the top 10 agents of DuPage County for the second year in a row, and grew their business by over 30 percent.

Gracik and Makinney joined forces in 2009. Prior to this, the two provided steep competition for each other for years, constantly challenging the other to the top spot.

Katia Craig will be joining the Coldwell Banker Edgebrook office.
Craig, a Chicago resident, has more than a decade of real estate experience, specifically in the city and the northern suburbs. She specializes in buyer representation, developments, listings and income properties.
“Katia truly understands the market and knows how to help buyers and sellers find exactly what they’re looking for,” Susand Swift, branch manager of the Edgebrook office, said. “We are thrilled to have her as a part of our team.”
Prior to Coldwell Banker, Craig worked as a real estate consultant at Prudential Rubloff. She received a B.A. in Psychology and Early Childhood Education, and she has certificates in Fine Home Sales and Quality Service.
