Megan Beidler joins the Lake Forest branch of Coldwell Banker as a broker associate.

Ned Skae, manager of the Lake Forest branch of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, announced the addition of Megan Beidler to their team as a new broker associate. This has expanded the existing sales team to over 60 full-time professionals.

About Megan Beidler

Beidler specializes in luxury real estate along the North Shore, especially Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Highland Park and Libertyville. Trained as an architect, she has expertise in all facets of realty and design. She has a knowledge of local markets as well as an understanding of permitting and construction. Her technology background also allows her to leverage the latest in online marketing, property staging and virtual tours.

Beidler earned a Bachelor’s degree in political economy at the University of California–Berkeley and a Master’s degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Prior to Coldwell Banker, she worked as a designer at Midwest Architecture Studio and Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture. She is a member of MRED MLS and the National & Illinois Association of Realtors.
