Jose Antonio Flores and Amber Gitter have joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales team in its LaGrange and Hinsdale offices, respectively.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the addition of Jose Antonio Flores and Amber Gitter to its LaGrange and Hinsdale offices, respectively, in an issued press release.

Both will bring a combined 16 years of real estate experience to the Coldwell Banker family. 

The Next Level To Flores’ Career

Specializing in REOs and foreclosure properties, Flores will bring seven years of experience to Coldwell Banker’s LaGrange office located at 219 W. Hillgrove Ave.

Flores explained that his move to the Coldwell Banker brand will enable him to grow further in his real estate career.

“With amazing support, resources and marketing tools, I am confident I will be able to take my residential real estate career to the next level,” he said.

Tricia McEneaney Riberto, manager of the LaGrange office, shared Flores’ enthusiasm in having him join the Coldwell Banker team.

“I am thrilled to have [Flores] on our team,” said Riberto. “He will be a great addition to our office.”

“Outgoing and Witty”

Nina Fotopoulos, manager of Coldwell Banker’s Hinsdale office located on 8 E. Hinsdale Ave., offered the same sentiment in having Gitter join her sales office.

“Outgoing and witty, she will be a great addition to our office,” said Fotopoulos.

In addition to her personality, Gitter will bring nine years of real estate experience to the Hinsdale office. She specializes in residential real estate as well as relocation, and has her Certified International Property Specialist designation. Gitter also has a degree in economics from DePaul University, which she explains helped her better understand the industry as a whole.

“My degree has helped me understand the impact of the economy on real estate issues and pass that knowledge to my clients,” she said.

In her nine years in the industry, Gitter has been the recipient of many industry awards including the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Outstanding Sales Achievement Award in 2004; the LeTip International Illinois Region’s Top Guest Recruiter and Most Valuable Member in 2004; and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago’s Personal Letter of Appreciation from the Chief Executive Officer in 2006, amongst others.
