Some of the top Coldwell Banker agents in Chicago attended the 2012 Coldwell Banker Expo at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, an event that featured presentations and workshops from some of real estate’s top professionals.
The keynote speaker was Stefan Swanepoel, the former chairman of Realty U Group, Inc., and featured speakers included Jim R. Gillespie the president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, and Bruce Zipf, the president and CEO of NRT LLC. Breakout sessions included topics such as: “The Way the World Communicates has Changed: Have You?” with INMAN’s Chris Smith; “Feeling Time Starved? Time to Organize Your Life!” by Ian Robinson; “Why List With Me?” by Barbara Kleban; and “Apple vs. Android” by Chris Haran.
