Realtor Maureen Gallagher has joined Koenig & Strey Real Living's Lincoln Park Office.

Darlene Little, branch manager for Koenig & Strey Real Living, has announced the addition of broker Maureen Gallagher to their sales team, according to an issued press release.

Gallagher will join the Koenig & Strey Real Living family in their Lincoln Park office, bringing over 10 years of industry experience to her new position.

Gallagher, who has been a realtor since 1991, explains that she initially acted in theater productions prior to joining the real estate industry. She further explained that her father diversified in real estate, and it was because of this that she decided to become a Realtor.

“I love working with the buyer and helping people find their dream home,” said Gallagher, of what she loves about the industry, further commenting that she’s “good at the hand-holding process” when it comes to helping first-time buyers.

Gallagher is no stranger to the Koenig & Strey Real Living team, explaining that she has worked with Little and her brokerage before. “It was like going back home,” she said. Prior to working with Koenig & Strey Real Living, she worked for Coldwell Banker.

Gallagher specializes in selling lofts and condos in the West Loop, and is currently working at a luxury condo and townhome project called The Hamptons of Hinsdale.
