Realtors Bohdan Kaminski (left) and Carol Russ (right) have joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Winnetka and Lake Forest sales teams, respectively.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the addition of two new associates to its roster of Realtors, according to issued press releases.

Realtors Bohdan Kaminski and Carol Russ have joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Winnetka and Lake Forest office, respectively, as both will bring an architectural perspective to their new positions.

Kaminski will bring over 20 years of industry experience to the Winnetka office, which currently has a sales team of over 106 full-time professionals. He is the current president of Images by Kaminski & Moon, and holds several degrees from various parts of the globe.

He has studied in the school of architecture at Politehnic of Warsaw in Poland, and the L’Ecole Speciale d’Architecture in Paris, France. He also holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in architecture form the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Russ, on the other hand, will also bring with her several industry credentials that will aid the Lake Forest office’s team of 59 full-time professionals.

In addition to her role as a realtor, Russ is a practicing architect. She uses her experience as an architect and realtor as she currently serves on the Village of Lake Bluff’s Architectural Review Board. In addition to this role, she was also a former member of the village’s Plan Commission.

Both Kaminski and Russ are now part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s team of over 3,400 sales associates, operating in 54 offices across the Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, Southwest Wisconsin and Southwest Michigan area.
