Realtor Victor Vita will bring 10 years of industry experience as he joins the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team in Lincoln Square.

Realtor Victor Vita has recently joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage according to an issued press release.

Vita will work alongside the Coldwell Banker team in their office in Lincoln Square, headed by Managing Broker Lori Wyatt.

A 10-year veteran of the real estate industry, Vita worked for Chicago-based Dream Town Realty prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team. He is a state licensed residential real estate appraiser, with extensive training in short sales, REOs and home inspection, with a specialization in commercial and residential real estate.

Vita explained that he joined the Coldwell Banker team because of the resources the brokerage has that will enable him to better serve his clients.

“I joined Coldwell Banker because the company has wonderful support and marketing tools that will be a valuable addition to the services I currently offer to my clients,” he said.
