Keller Williams Preferred Realty in Orland Park recently added Ashley Carter to its team of realtors.

Keller Williams Preferred Realty recently welcomed Ashley Carter, formerly of Koenig & Strey Real Living.

Carter brings 13 years of industry experience to Keller Williams Preferred Realty in Orland Park, which he chose because of its “agent-centric focus.”

Carter received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa in 1993, and then worked for the Meredith Corporation in Des Moines. He then moved onto working with Apple in their Kansas City sales office. After transferring to Apple’s Boulder, Col. location, he got his start in the real estate industry earning his license as a broker associate in the fall of 1998.

After a year and a half of working with Realty Executives of Summit County in Colorado, Carter became a licensed broker in Illinois in 2000, shortly becoming a franchisee of Realty Executives in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood. In summer 2003, Carter then merged his office and franchise territory with Realty Executives City in Lincoln Park.
