Coldwell Banker’s offices have recruited seven new agents for its Glenview, Winnetka, Highland Park and Wilmette offices.
MaryAnne Williams has joined the Glenview-area office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from RE/MAX Suburban in Libertyville as a full-time real estate consultant, expanding the existing sales team to more than 70 full-time professionals.
Sally O’Donnell has recently joined the Winnetka office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a full-time realtor. She’s returning to her hometown of Winnetka from the St. Louis area with 15 years of experience as an award-winning realtor. In O’Donnell’s first year in real estate she won the Start Award, which is given to the company rookie with the highest sales in their first year. Year after year, she has been a Multi-million dollar producer, and she’s an historic home advocate, buyer specialist, listing/marketing specialist and worked directly with new construction homebuilders.
Steve Leeker has recently joined the Highland Park office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a full-time realtor, expanding the existing sales team to over 73 full-time professionals. Leeker brings his pricing-market positioning expertise with 14 years of experience as a realtor to the company. His philosophy of client commitment and follow through is the cornerstone of his success. The announcement was made by Steve Kolko, branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Marlene Ross has recently joined the Wilmette-area office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales associate, expanding the existing sales team to over 24 full-time professionals. Ross is a resourceful problem solver with an in-depth knowledge of single-family homes, condos, co-ops, townhouses and investment properties. She joins with over 20 years of experience serving the needs of buyers and sellers, and she’s licensed in Illinois, New York and New Jersey.
