Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced The Shake Agency will be joining its Oak Lawn office.

All associates from The Shake Agency will continue to serve their residential and commercial clientele as Coldwell Banker associates. Bruce Shake, owner and principal broker of The Shake Agency, will work as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker.

Shake is bringing more than 45 years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker. He has been a resident of Oak Lawn for the past 43 years and is qualified in short sales and foreclosures. Shake also owned a Farmers Insurance Agency for 25 years before retiring from Farmers in 2004.
