Baird and Warner have announced that they have added two senior sales management professionals to their roster of brokers.
Penny Sirott, formerly of Coldwell Banker, and Richard Murawski, from Koeing & Strey, specialize in real estate in the Chicagoland area.
” We are always on the lookout for new talent, and its especially rewarding when the nest in the industry join our team.” said Steve Baird, president and chief executive officer of Baird & Warner.“Both Penny and Richard have decades of valuable experience in our field and fit our profile of successful, service-oriented professionals.”
With more than 40 years of experience in the Chicago real estate business, Penny Sirott will serve as sales services manager in the Baird & Warner Northwest suburban office. She has spent the last 30 years with Coldwell Banker, having started with the firm when it first entered the Chicago market. Sirott is currently a director for the Mainstreet Association of Realtors.
Richard Murawski will serve as the assistant manager in the Baird & Warner Edgebrook office. He has over 30 years of real estate experience, more than 20 as a managing broker. Before joining Baird & Warner, he was with Koenig & Strey for four years.
Baird & Warner Edgebrook office is one to AVOID. Too much drama for a seller at a time when they need professionalism and expertise. Complaints to the corporate office remain unanswered.
