Coldwell Banker is pleased to announce Joe Siciliano as the newly appointed brokerage manager for the Halsted office in Chicago. This is in addition to Siciliano’s current managerial position at Coldwell Banker’s Lakeview office.
Siciliano has been working in the real estate industry for the past 20 years and has represented both buyers and sellers prior to becoming a manager. He has consistently been in the top 1 percent of all real estate agents in sales volumes and closed transactions and prides himself on growing his business completely from referrals.
Siciliano is a firm believer in continuing education for all associates in order to keep up to date with the consistently changing atmosphere of the real estate field.
“Joe has done a remarkable job transitioning his extensive knowledge of real estate into a managerial role. He strives to bring energy to the workplace and fosters a positive and fun work environment that is evident in the successful growth of his agents’ business,” said Kathy Kalnes, regional vice president of the city region for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Siciliano is currently Treasurer of the Chicago Association of Realtors Education Foundation as well as an active member of the Roscoe Village Neighbor’s Association, Lakeview Chamber of Commerce and other neighborhood associations. In addition, he is a member of St. Clement Church and a Board Member of the One-For-The-Kids Charity Foundation and has also served as a Director of Chicago Association of Realtors.
