Joan Burny, 58, recently made the transition from Hunters Fairway, Sotheby’s International Realty’s Barrington office to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Barrington office.

Burny, who has 10 years experience in the real estate industry, was an associate broker at Sotheby’s and will maintain that title at Coldwell Banker. Her client base ranges from first-home buyers to seasoned real estate investors.
