Karen V. Peterson, sales associate at the Coldwell Banker Gold Coast office, has been honored with the LuxeHome 25 award.

The award is given annually to Chicago’s top luxury residential real estate brokers. The 25 recipients have sold the most homes valued at upwards of $1.5 million and also held the most active listings valued at more than $1.5 million as of June 1st.

“Karen is an accomplished luxury real estate veteran, and I’m thrilled to have her receive such a great honor,” said Andy Shiparski, manager of the Coldwell Banker Gold Coast office. “Karen is an expert of Chicago’s elite market and she provides her clients with exceptional customer service.”

Peterson’s award qualifies both the broker and her clients to receive special benefits from LuxeHome and the Merchandise Mart, including private use of DreamHome, networking opportunities and private tours of the Merchandise showrooms in addition to other perks, for one year.

In past years, Peterson has also received Coldwell Banker’s President’s Elite and President’s Circle Awards. The Chicago Association of Realtors has named her Top Producer and, more recently, Top Agent, ranking her in the top 1 percent of Chicago-area agents.
