Michael Bauknecht

Top producer Michael Bauknecht has joined the @properties Lincoln Park office as a broker associate.

Bauknecht, who previously worked as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, brings 12 years of experience to the new position. He has won numerous company awards throughout his career, including Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) honors for sales production and Rookie of the Year his first year in the business.

The award-winning broker is involved in both local and international real estate as a member of the CAR Global Real Estate Forum and on the board of directors of the Chicago Council of FIABCI USA, the International Federation of Realtors. He also holds the International Real Estate Specialist (IRES) designation and is a candidate for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.

Bauknecht also volunteers as a board member for Realtors to the Rescue, a nonprofit organization that provides resources for homeless pets.
