Sandesh Bilgi Joins Conlon Sales Team

by Chicago Agent

Sandesh Bilgi, an experienced motivational speaker and leader of real estate sales teams, has become the newest addition to the Conlon staff. His top-producing sales history is expected to mesh nicely with Conlon practices and ideals.

Bilgi, who originally worked in the field of sports psychology, has counseled several professional athletes on mental preparation, and also contributed several articles to ESPN Magazine prior to diving into the real estate industry. Optimal Zone, a consulting company, was solely founded by Bilgi in the interest of implementing sports psychology practices to increase mental preparation and enhance performance in professional athletes. As the former Assistant Director of Student Affairs at DePaul University, Bilgi’s advocacy also extends to the mental and motivational development of students.

While not still actively participating in sports psychology, many of Bilgi’s motivational speech practices, aimed at real estate and other business professionals, have carried over from his sports counseling days. Bilgi has delivered countless seminars and workshops nationwide, helping individuals reach personal goals and expectations. He is most experienced in recruiting, training, retention and professional development in business and management settings.

Prior to his move to Conlon, Bilgi had worked with several other real estate company sales teams. He began working at Century 21 with virtually no real estate experience, yet was able to make over $15 million in sales during his first year as a Realtor. He has also held management positions with Sussex and Reilly and Jameson Sotheby’s.

According to Jameson, one of Bilgi’s past employers, “His knowledge of the industry and sales techniques make him one of the best trainers and professional development educators. He has applied his holistic techniques in the real estate market and has personally trained the top agents in Chicago.”

Conlon is excited to welcome Bilgi to the sales team. The company’s back-to-basics model fits well with Bilgi’s sales model and customer service prowess.
